Roadmap · no dates
Where Sialk Visualiser goes.
Sialk Visualiser comes after Sialk Operator's first gate and Sialk Player's 1.0, in that order. Each version ships when it is ready, and nothing here is a date.
- Todaynow
a page, and a library growing
A page taking addresses, and the library growing for Sialk Operator. Every visual added there will render here, because both read the same contract.
- V0
the match
Before there is a product: the audio engine fed from a file rather than a microphone, the runtimes stepped one frame per output frame, and a harness that proves a frame of the render matches what Sialk Operator shows live at the same moment. If an offline render is not the same instrument, there is no product.
- Beta
the render, free
The render on the shared shell, signed, with a download on this page. Drop in a track, pick a look, get the video in the three shapes a release needs: widescreen, portrait and square. Free, uncapped, no wall. The beta ends on a count: five people who are not the founder have posted a video made with it.
- 1.0
the launch
Licensing and payments, and the commercial sentence. Reproducible renders promised: the same inputs give the same file, and a change that alters a frame is said so plainly.
- 1.x
after the launch
Lyrics against the contract, if asked for. AV1 by default where it is fast. Windows when the shell has it.
Not in 1.0
Generated visuals, which are Sialk AI's. A web renderer, ever: it renders on your own machine and nothing is uploaded. Any codec that needs a library the company's rules forbid.
