Sialk

Terms

These are the terms on which Sialk sells and licenses its applications.

Last updated: 9 October 2026.

Who you are buying from

Playery (called Sialk Player until October 2026) is sold by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), the seller of record, which takes the payment, issues the receipt and handles the tax. The licence to use the software is granted by SIALK LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, number 17427982. Paddle's own buyer terms apply to the purchase: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

Playery, free

Free to download and use for three playlists of three files, for work that is not sold: at home, in a rehearsal, in a student's or a gallery's own unpaid exhibition. No account, no watermark.

Playery, bought once

£49, once. No limit on playlists or files, the right to use it for paid and commercial work (a paid exhibition, a client's installation, a venue), and every update for as long as Sialk makes them. One key is for one Mac that drives a wall; a room with two walls buys two. The key is checked on your Mac and never expires.

Refunds

If Playery is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying and you will get one, whatever the reason. Write to Paddle through the link on your receipt, or to hello@sialk.net with your order number.

The software

Playery is provided as it is. Sialk works hard to make it reliable and fixes what is reported, but does not promise it is free of faults or right for every purpose, and is not liable for indirect loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live, including UK consumer law.

You may not resell keys, or share one key across more Macs than it covers.
